Emily R. Wiggins, Ocarinist

Performer and Enthusiast

Hello and Welcome

The ocarina (oh.ca.ree.na, ah.ca.ree.na) is an ancient flute-like wind instrument. Variations do exist, but a typical ocarina is an enclosed space with four to twelve finger holes and a mouthpiece that projects from the body. It is often ceramic, but other materials may also be used, such as plastic, wood, glass, clay, and metal.

Just dropping by? Please sign the Guestbook, Emily would love to hear from you!

Also, all the ocarinas Emily has owned can be found under Collection.

Emily's personal thoughts and reflections on her ocarina experiences can be found under Blog.

Please feel free to add to the Forum discussions. Your input is greatly appreciated!

Looking for more information about the instrument, or want to know where you can get one of your own? Please take a look at the Links tab.

Finally, if you would like to Contact Me for potential gigs or lessons, the final tab would be your stop!
